Shipping Policy

We ship to addresses in the United States. Orders are packed and shipped by our fulfillment partners.

Free shipping

Shipping is free on all orders to U.S. addresses. There are no extra charges on delivery.

Delivery time

Orders typically arrive 7 to 10 days after you place your order. Your estimated delivery dates are shown in your cart, at checkout, and on your order confirmation.

Tracking

A tracking number will be sent to your email once your order is processed. Tracking may take a few business days to show its first update.

Multiple packages

If you order several items, they may ship in separate packages and arrive on different days. You won't pay extra for this.

Delays

If we can't ship your order within the time stated, we'll email you with a new estimate. You can then cancel your order for a full refund.

Lost or undelivered packages

If your order hasn't arrived within 20 business days, or tracking shows it was lost, contact us. After we confirm with the carrier, we'll send a replacement or give you a full refund.

Shipping address

Please check your shipping address at checkout. If you notice a mistake, contact us right away so we can try to correct it before your order ships. We can't redirect a package once it is in transit.
